DUTIES:
The Electronic Services Solution Manager will be responsible for developing and directing the company's technological operations with a view to continuous improvement of performance on a national level. Develop and implement strategies consistent with the company's business plan, enhancing organizational capacity as a recognized leader in providing secure solutions
Develop a solid electronic sales strategy in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Department (pricing,costing,expand the customer portfolio)
Monitor and review customer experience in line with the quality standards set
Analyze customer needs, design and propose integrated technical solutions
Analyze and identify the main business challenges, PnL, organize and control all relevant electronic security activities (Fire, Alarm system, Tracking, Access control, CCTV & maintenance, System integration, etc.).
Ensure a good team performance and growth management
Guarantee the reliability of the various systems marketed and contribute to the achievement of the budget
Generalist or electronic engineer
You have a good Financial and Commercial acumen
You are specialized in the design and installation of electronic security solutions, familiar with project management and you have solid IT knowledge.
Your excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, combined with your spirit of initiative and rigor in your work, give you natural authority.
Agile , you have the ability to innovate with out of the box solutions
