Job Introduction:
G4S Secure Solutions (Malawi) Limited seeks to fill the positions of Riders to be based at Area 13 Offices in Lilongwe.
Job Responsibility:
Ensuring that parcels are delivered in good time
Daily managing of vehicles / bikes by ensuring that defects are being reported on daily basis for action
Collecting of parcels from customers with agreed contractual timing
Ensuring that all parcels are handed over to supervisors before change of shifts.
Ensuring safety of parcels for all customers
Ensure that all routes and trips are logged in the log book and ensure that all trips are duly authorized before starting off.
The Ideal Candidate:
Should possess at least a Malawi School Certificate of Education
Must have a Valid Driving License Class A
Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonal skills.
Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours
