G4S Kenya is seeking to recruit for Response Crew to join our team of frontline staff and
support the service delivery across the country. We are seeking individuals of high integrity who are physically fit.
The Escorts report to the Crew Commander.
Escort 1 (one) shall assume the role of Crew Commander in the event that the latter is unable to discharge his responsibilities due to sickness, injuries or any other emergency
Escorts must accompany the Crew Commander each time they attend Alarm activation.
Must remain at the Command of the Crew Commander at all times while on duty.
Must display high standards of discipline at all times.
Must be smartly dressed in company uniform.
Must remain alert while on duty.
Must participate as instructed to keep the vehicle clean and tidy (Daily cleaning of the vehicle).
Have attained the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education or its equivalent with a minimum of D+ grade
Be literate to the extent of reading and understanding printed regulations, detailed assignment instructions, training instructions and be able to compose reports that convey complete information
Produce proof of computer literacy
Be able to demonstrate that he/she has no past criminal record by producing the Kenya Police Certificate of Good Conduct dated not earlier than 6 months on the date of application
Be physically fit and of reasonable height desirable for the security industry (5.8ft for men & 5.6ft for women).
Produce a medical fitness certificate from a government hospital
Be able to produce a minimum of three referees’ letters from traceable referees who will be contacted as part of our employee screening process
Be the holder of a Kenyan National ID Card
Aged between 25 years and 35 years
