Position Title: Security Guard

Job Introduction:

Responsible for liaison with local authority, emergency services and local regulatory authorities on behalf of the client in relation to security services

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for all day-to-day security concerns at the Client's site/s. 

• Active participation in the safety & security of facilities

• Monitor and follow up performance indicators related to security and safety in the facility

• Developing plans for security and safety of facilities, in conjunction with the Clients requirements

• Preparing evacuation and emergency plans, ensuring continuous review and development

• Conducting assessments and analysis of risks related to the safety and security of facilities and firefighting system; and preparing appropriate reports to the concerned authorities/parties

• Emphasis that the security and safety of the facilities and firefighting system policies are applied in a manner consistent with the instructions and laws in the country

• Train and educate security personnel on security and safety and firefighting system procedures, preparing detailed training records for future review

• Ensuring all reporting standards are maintained to the highest levels

• Ensuring Security Management Plans (SMP), Emergency Evacuation Plans (EEP) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) are developed and maintained, with regular review

• Executing/assisting any other tasks assigned by the Client

• Managing multiple teams of Security Officers, Site Supervisors with in complex and other entities across UAE as per client requirement

• Providing security and technical expertise and solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction

• Participates in the Occupational Health and Safety committees at Client sites as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of Higher Secondary Education certificate 

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the field of security services, or in military, police or civil defense.

• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers

• Strong administration and reporting skills.

• Good English communication skills, verbal and written
