Responsible for driving commercial excellence for the hub and drive decision and initiatives based on business analysis and data analytics. Work in a cross functional manner to drive improvement projects for the business and coordinate between the corporate and the zones/COCs for seamless exchange of ideas and implementation of organizational initiatives. Support the Hub Head in driving the business agenda for the hub.
Management of various technological system and ensure data accuracy and timely updates for the entire hub in Sales Force, ERP – SOM and other business application like Saturn, iBAAP, TTT etc.
Drive correct and timely updation of the SSIP Project and entries
Leading the zonal business analyst and COC/Cluster business coordinator for following the above system updates
Generate analytical reports on
New Sales
Termination and threats
Price increase
Contract management and renewal
Service Increase and decrease
Client Wise Margin Analysis
Data Preparation for Trade Review
Any other as defined by the hub head/Commercial Head
Follow up with team and customers for Price Increase
Customer SLA management for service delivery
Coordinate for compliance and other related issues with respect to billing and collections
Assist for Financial Budget Preparation
Create new sales orders
Top 20 accounts of the Hub, manpower, SLA, QBR deck customer facing
Create and maintain letters, communication and minutes of critical meetings.
Assist in the planning and preparation of periodic meetings, teleconferences etc.
Manage schedule & appointments for the Hub Head
1 - B.Tech /BE or higher
2 - Prior Expertise into Business / Data Analytics.
3 - Minimum Experience Required = 6-7 Years, into Similar Industry.
