• To assist in the day to day operations of Reception
• To assist in providing a high quality Reception service of processing Company related enquiries at the
reception
• To greet guests and walk-in visitors in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner and direct them to
the respective departments.
• Professionally administer all incoming calls and maintain record of all incoming & outgoing calls on
daily basis.
• Follow SAFE guidelines on Visitors
• Any other tasks assigned by FM
Minimum Qualification – Should possess a Bachelor’s
Degree or equivalent and should have at least 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
