Qualification :
Certification in Occupational Health & Safety Or Emergency Management Or Fire Safety Management or related Field
Min. 3 years Exp in Banking, IT or ITES environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Thorough knowledge of Life safety legislation and best practices.
Domain Knowledge
Implement and maintain H&LS program in alignment with Enterprise standards.
Impart Training to incoming employee’s.
Devise and ensure governance of H&LS Program.
Plan and execute H&LS training programs.
Provide regular H&LS advisory to PSM.
Provide H&LS new and information updates to including relevant changes in H7LS standards and Legislation
Capture, Collate & maintain database for statistical analysis.
Liaise with regulatory authorities as required
