Job Overview

Responsible for leading shift operations of SROC(Security Risk Operation Centre). The operations would involve leading a team of four console officers. The primary task of the individual would be to ensure & to drive efficiency & ensure SLA's are met in the area of incident management, critical reports and return, SAS/Alarm monitoring, Incident handling, Training & MIS generation.

Job Responsibility:

Reports to Head Security Risk Operations Centre (SROC).

Manage day to day activities of SROC and guide suitably to the supporting staff wherever required.

To ensure active communication at changeover, briefing to ensure awareness of any matters pertaining to the smooth /effective running of the shift.

To ensure that all critical alarms are actioned in a timely manner.

Ensure full compliance with SOP. 

To assist in the access card production, administration and auditing process. 

Ensure requisite Training and Certification of all Console Operators deployed in SROC.

To ensure that all incidents, which occur during the course of your duties, are reported promptly and recorded within the guidelines laid down.

To ensure integrity of the security systems is maintained.

Management of daily MIS and submitting the same as per standard schedule to all stakeholders.

Responsible for Asset protection, Access Control of men & material and coordination of other security related functions.

Liaison with local police, district administration and law enforcement agencies for quick response during emergency/crisis.

To ensure that all the e-mails are addressed in a timely manner

Continuous improvement of department’s effectiveness to enhance employee satisfaction.

He will maintain leave & attendance of subordinates working under him at SROC. 

He will be responsible for up time of automation gadgets / equipment’s / communication  &  video surveillance  system. 

Proactive approach towards continual improvement of present available security system to achieve new benchmarks.

To ensure that the Point of Presence (POP) data and escalation matrix is updated and readily available.

Undertake Health Check-up of Video and other Surveillance devices across the enterprise

Administration of security applications & maintenance of various data bases.

Support and coordinate maintenance activities of VMS Servers, CGs, NVRs and workstations

The Ideal Candidate:

Should have at least 1-2 years of experience of working in a command centre/SOC/JOC. 

Basic knowledge of CCTV & Access Control

Desirable:

Working experience in shift duty environment preferably as CCTV, BMS /Fire/ Security console operators.
