Position Title: Senior Manager

Job Introduction:

The purpose of the role is to ensure excellent customer service delivery across R2R,
P2P & O2C. Oversee and manage service delivery by meeting all contractual / SLA
commitments, compliance & adherence. Managing the productivity initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Finance & Accounting Ops:



 Review and Finalisation of Country/ Region/Entity level results, working closely with team

 Single Point of contact for Client for respective Regions

 Review of Monthly financial statements, adjustment journals and annual Statutory

accounts

 Support Team members on Month-end, Reporting processes and ensure quality of

Commentary

 Analytical review of ledger accounts, commentary on variances

 Balance Sheet reconciliations - Review and help resolution of open items

 As procure to pay process owner will be responsible to drive global finance

transformation projects, governing the overall P2P process, ensure processes are

standardized across all regions. Identify opportunities for process improvements,

changes to policies amp; procedures, automate processes and drive continuous

improvement culture.

 AR process, Invoicing, collection accounting, customer reconciliations, MIS reporting.

 Experience in handling AR processes, collection accounting, customer reconciliations,

working knowledge of tax, audits, strong knowledge of AR process and controls, excel

proficiency.

 Team management- Responsible for establishing, leading and maintaining a skilled team

of all delivery resources for an account on a daily basis Plan training batches to backfill

client deliveries during crucial periods.

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum Qualifications

 Extensive Knowledge in all Finance & Accounting Processes and hands on experience in the

O2C, R2R & P2P process.

 Preferably from BPO/KPO/ITES/IT/Service industry.

 Good experience in leading a team.

 Proven experience in managing in client Management and SLA management.
