Responsible for operations for Site and and ensure the deliverables.
Duties:
1. To control the guard force deployed through the “Report” of the Supervisor
2. Plan, conduct and coordinate Operation activities and Assignments
3. Manage the Control Room
4. Submit / Present written reports on incidents and occurrences
5. To train guard force at sites
6. Liaison with client and G4S management
7. Guide site instructions to every guard force deployed and seek feedback
8. To scrutinize the attendance at Sites / Assignments
9. To report incidents / deviations to contact person and Assignment Manager
10. To ensure proper discipline at Assignments
Age: 18-35 Years, 40 years for Ex-Servicemen
Qualification: XII Pass
Experience: Min. 12 yrs experience for civilians and for Ex-Serviceman minimum rank should be
Havaldar / JCO.
